Iron Hand Training... Wolff's Law

 

I can’t emphasize this enough!  As martial artists, we need to condition our hands, especially fists. We can train all of our body parts, we can get huge biceps, and chest muscles, but if we hit somebody with our fist and it is not solid, it will be very ineffective.   Once or twice a week is all it would require, maybe 15 minutes total, it is 15 minutes very well spent.
