Over the next four days, I will be teaching you four very simple yet effective Hawaiian Kempo techniques.   

All of Hawaiian Kempo techniques are extremely effective. We pride ourselves on not teaching frivolous techniques that look really cool but will not work when put to the test.  In fact, every single one of the techniques that we teach in Hawaiian Kempo has been battle-tested in all aspects of martial arts including, but not limited to Boxing, kickboxing, the highest levels of MMA including world championship UFC fights, and with a matter most the street.  

We also pride ourselves in teaching a system that is not only extremely effective, but it is very traditional, and family-friendly as well.  We pride ourselves on adhering to and practicing traditions that have stood the test of time, yeah really work.  It is a hard balance of keeping a martial arts system traditional, and effective, yet I feel Hawaiian Kempo is both very traditional, and very effective.
