As A Martial Artist, Make Sure You OnlyFollow Good Traditions

That hill on the screen is one of The Pit's great traditions.  Our Black Belt test is done in Hawaii, another great Pit tradition, and our students have to run that hill in less than 15 minutes as part of their test.

We have great traditions at The Pit, I have been very mindful to discard useless traditions, keep good traditions, and create great traditions. Make sure that your "traditional"  martial arts school or system Has great traditions, if it doesn't, what does the word "traditional" really mean?
