How To Stay "IN-Training" shape While On Vacation

 

The Pit Online Dojo... No matter where you go if you have gravity and some ground you have a gym. While we were in Hawaii we got a lot of relaxation, We took in a lot of beauty, but we also stayed "in training" By doing for workouts our seven days... Do the math people, each workout took us about 20 minutes, That means an hour for workouts took less than an hour and a half of our vacation and still kept us "In training" #1... shadow box ~ 20 strikes, 20 squats, sprint 40-60 yards X 10 #2... shadow box ~ 20 strikes, 10 sprawls, sprint 40-60 yards X 10 #4... 1-10 push-ups, then 10-20-10 even only push-ups, 10-1 push-ups, shadowbox ~strike between every set of push-ups (this was a KILLER!!!)
