Staying in "Fighting Shape" at 62

*Disclaimer, my 62-year-old fighting shape is WAY different than a 22 pro fighter's "fighting shape"...

The video says it all... I have been doing this since 1970!  I have had a pretty similar training routine since 1970. Of course, there have been changes in my training, and diet, however, overall have a very simple system, Live clean and train hard.  When it comes to diet there are many nuances that you have to discover for yourself.  You have to try different things out, see how you feel. When it comes to my diet,I have two rules; Number one thing of my food intake Like Fuel for a machine, Not Eating for pleasure; Number two, don't be rigid, Life's too short, so contradict number one occasionally, Please notice I use the word occasionally, not frequently.

When it comes to my working out,I have a few rules, but my overall attitude is to push my training past, way past my comfort zone.  A couple of my rules are;

1. Make sure I cannot talk during my anaerobic workouts

2.  Never take two days off in a row unless I feel I'm overtrained, or injured

3. Make sure I rest my body completely on my rest days

4. No matter where you are if there is gravity and ground there is a gym, so there is NO excuse to not train

5. Focus on how you feel, then how you look (especially if your 60'ish, no one else is looking)
