The Pit Compound Workout

This is a typical Saturday compound workout.  Hill runs, wheelbarrow up hills with a lot of weight, medicine balls up to 100 pounds, sledgehammer, bag work, cage work, Makiwara, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, kettlebells, a shooting range, and all-around training together. 

"The Pit Compound Workout" has been around since the early 1990s.  It has been on every big sports channel and magazine.  Some of the World's best fighters (MMA, Kickboxing and even boxers have trained at The Pit Compound.  The Pit Compound covers three acres and has a UFC regulation cage, heavy bags, and hills.  It is old school and has a very rich history.

I am proud to bring my fighters, Hawaiian Kempo students, great friends, and family to train here.  As well as have great physical workouts there, it is also very spiritual as well.
