These Two Strike are life saver...Not for your Attacker

It has been proven in the UFC how effective an eye poke can be in immediately stopping an oncoming attacker, and I know first hand how effective a throat strike can be, so, please practice these two strikes.  They could save your life.

 The strike below could blind your attacker... but if someone tries to kill you, they don't deserve to see again...
