Two Heavy-Bag Workouts Every Martial Artist NEEDS!

These partner bag drills are a great way to build power, speed, skill, and crazy cardio

 Ultimate blackjack is yet another one of our heavy bag workouts. This work out will not only get your cardio up into the high triple digits, but it will also work your entire upper body, and lower body. I gave it the name Black jack because like our traditional "pit black jack" you end up doing 210 push-ups, and 210 squats, so you get a fantastic upper and lower body workout along with your incredible anaerobic cardio workout. Try not to rush when you do this workout  do your push-ups and Your squats with very good form.  Another thing to remember is when you are doing this work out make sure every time you are punching or kicking the bag, you are punching and kicking it with full power speed and form, actually visualize that you are punching or kicking and opponent, or an attacker.
